Shipping Policy

For Domestic Orders

All orders will be processed in 2-3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. Orders will arrive via USPS first class in 2-5 business days. If your order exceeds 1 lb. it will be defaulted to USPS Priority and arrive within 1-3 business days.

For International Orders

We currently DO NOT offer international shipping.

Return Policy

We are grateful for your business and want you to love your lippies. We are fully committed to you, your mama, your cousin, and your sister too as satisfaction is a top priority. So, we are more than happy to offer an exchange on unopened products ONLY within 10 business days of receiving the original purchase. Packaging should not be compromised or tampered in any way (opened, torn, ripped, etc.). Product must also be in original packaging.

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping the returned item. All sales are final, no refunds. Products must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value.

To avoid any inconvenience,  we recommend reviewing our swatches and promotional images to select the perfect shade(s) prior to purchasing.

Email your order number, name and reason for return to info@rufecscentlips.com.

If you don't have your order number, we may ask for more information to better assist with your request.

We do our best to accommodate most returns, but we can't accept returns on gift sets or limited-edition items.
